  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Stir until the crackers are evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
