green juice

A refreshing and nutrient-packed green juice made with fresh leafy greens and fruits, perfect for a healthy boost any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 green apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash all fresh produce thoroughly.
  2. Add spinach, cucumber, green apple, celery, ginger, and lemon juice to a blender.
  3. Pour in the water and blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a glass if a smoother juice is preferred.
  5. Serve immediately over ice or chilled.

Notes

For an extra zing, add a few fresh mint leaves before blending or a splash of coconut water for added hydration.
