Delicious Pumpkin Cheesecake Truffles

These Pumpkin Cheesecake Truffles are a delightful bite-sized dessert, combining the creamy richness of cheesecake with the warm, comforting flavors of pumpkin spice. Perfect for fall gatherings or a sweet treat any time of year!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for melting chocolate)
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, sprinkles, graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the mixture to firm up.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, roll the pumpkin cheesecake mixture into 1-inch balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Return the baking sheet to the freezer for 30 minutes to allow the truffles to firm up even more.
  7. While the truffles are chilling, melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Stir in the coconut oil (if using) for a smoother consistency.
  8. Remove the truffles from the freezer. Using a fork or dipping tools, dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
  9. Place the dipped truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  10. Immediately sprinkle with your desired toppings, such as chopped nuts, sprinkles, or graham cracker crumbs.
  11. Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set completely.
  12. Store the truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle melted white chocolate over the finished truffles or sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt to enhance the sweetness.
