  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
  • Crackers or sliced veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the feta cheese, pumpkin puree, and cream cheese.
  2. Add olive oil, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper, and minced garlic to the mixture.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh thyme or parsley.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers or sliced vegetables.

Notes

For extra texture, sprinkle toasted pumpkin seeds on top before serving. This dip pairs beautifully with pita chips or fresh apple slices.
