Delicious Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

These Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Cookies are soft, chewy, and bursting with peanut butter flavor! Each bite features a melty Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup for an extra indulgent treat.

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 bag (10 oz) Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in the peanut butter until well combined.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden brown.
  9. Immediately press a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup into the center of each cookie.
  10. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra fudgy cookies, slightly underbake them. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
