  • Optional garnishes: fresh basil, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly on a serving platter or in a shallow bowl.
  3. Drizzle generously with hot honey.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes, if desired.

Notes

For a smoother texture, you can blend the ricotta cheese in a food processor or blender before mixing with the other ingredients.
