S'mores Hand Pies Introduction

Enjoy the classic campfire treat in a portable, handheld form! These Smores Hand Pies are filled with gooey marshmallow, melted chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs, all wrapped in a flaky, buttery crust.

  • 2 pre-made pie crusts
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll pie crusts on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Using a 4-inch round cookie cutter or a knife, cut out circles from the pie crusts. You should get about 6-8 circles per crust.
  4. In a small bowl, combine mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Place a spoonful of the marshmallow mixture in the center of half of the pie crust circles.
  6. Top with the remaining pie crust circles. Crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
  7. Brush the tops of the hand pies with the beaten egg wash.
  8. Sprinkle with sugar.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra decadent treat!
