Smores Pie

This S’mores Pie perfectly captures the flavors of a campfire treat in a no-bake dessert. With a graham cracker crust, chocolate filling, and toasted marshmallow topping, it’s an irresistible indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, melted chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled graham cracker crust.
  6. Top with mini marshmallows.
  7. Broil for 1-2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
  8. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle with melted chocolate or sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs before serving.
