  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped green onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. Reduce heat to low, stir in sour cream and onion powder, mixing well to combine.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and gently toss until noodles are fully coated with the sour cream mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the noodles and stir to melt slightly.
  8. Serve warm as a main or side dish.
