This Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip is the perfect appetizer for game day or any gathering! Creamy, cheesy, and packed with buffalo flavor, it’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce to the mixture.
