Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until mixture resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of mini muffin liners to form a crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  5. Spoon cheesecake mixture over the crusts in muffin liners, filling nearly to the top.
