  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with slightly moist crumbs.
  8. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
