A refreshing winter fruit salad bursting with seasonal citrus, pomegranate, and crisp apples, perfect for a healthy and vibrant snack or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
  • 1 apple, cored and diced
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup clementines, peeled and halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the orange segments, grapefruit segments, diced apple, pomegranate seeds, and clementines.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and honey until well blended.
  3. Pour the honey-lemon dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the top and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.

Notes

For added texture and flavor, try sprinkling in some shredded coconut or a pinch of cinnamon before serving.
